Refund Policy

This document outlines the refund and cancellation policy for paid services of Nebulux operated by Genius Mouse (hereinafter 'the Company'). The Company complies with relevant laws including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
1. Refund Policy Overview
Nebulux provides digital content and software services for AI music mastering. Under Article 17(2)(5) of the Electronic Commerce Act, withdrawal of subscription is restricted once digital content provision has commenced.
2. Full Refund Conditions
- When no credits have been used within 7 days of payment
- When service use is completely impossible due to reasons attributable to the Company
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- If any credits have been used within 7 days of payment - considered as commencement of digital content provision
- After 7 days from payment regardless of credit usage
- Upon membership withdrawal, refunds for remaining credits are not provided.
